Apart from the technical software and network engineers that would be needed to run and maintain the centers, Welders, Engineers, and Construction Technicians would be needed to actually build those centers. Data center infrasture can be so capital intensive, President Trump has basically banked on the Data Centers the tech giants are building in America to be the next major driver of Economic Growth in America.
