I can't believe a company is really doing this. It's sickening to say the least.
And more, it kills the little trust people have in the operations and sustainability of similar Fintech companies.
Nobody should be treated this way; not to mention a paying customer. 🤦
They (WALLETS AFRICA) did same to me. Withheld my 35,000 naira since July 2021 till date.
Blocking customers that are genuinely complaining about withheld funds screams fraud!
You lost me at “ People need to pay for a raft of USD-denominated subscriptions: Spotify, Apple Music..” these platforms accept naira card payments. Everything else makes sense.
